Drink lacked flavor or sweetness compared to other locations that have made the same drink for me. The customer service was lacking; they seemed very impatient and rushed.
Came to this location and ordered through drive thru. I asked for a coffee with pecan flavor and extra sweetener with cream. The lady hands me my coffee and I taste it and it’s not the way I like. So I ask for more cream and hand her back the cup. She then hands it back to me and gives me another cup wit cream in it. I’m in drive thru !! So I pull over and park and as I open my cup it filled to the brim with coffee and it spills on me! Same thing with the cream. Love the protein boxes and egg bites. Sometimes I'll get the honey citrus mint tea. I would love to try more drinks but need sugar-free options. So I just keep it simple due to all the sugar and carbs in the drinks. Nice convenient location.
Terrible costumer service. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a Starbucks. Do not recommend.
We've been to a lot of Starbucks over the years and never encountered rudeness like this from the staff. No manners or positive customer service at all. We were friendly, said hello, please, thank you, which was met with a scowl and a few words telling us the total. SMH 🤷♀️
