I have been coming to this location for a few years. I am not seeing the same happy faces greeting customers as they did in the past. There are newer batista who really don't look happy and will not look at you or respond when you say "thank you." I am sure this will change and I still plan to come here.
Update My experience has improved the service is very warm and efficient.
Drink lacked flavor or sweetness compared to other locations that have made the same drink for me. The customer service was lacking; they seemed very impatient and rushed.
Came to this location and ordered through drive thru. I asked for a coffee with pecan flavor and extra sweetener with cream. The lady hands me my coffee and I taste it and it’s not the way I like. So I ask for more cream and hand her back the cup. She then hands it back to me and gives me another cup wit cream in it. I’m in drive thru !! So I pull over and park and as I open my cup it filled to the brim with coffee and it spills on me! Same thing with the cream.
