Came here with my daughter and son in law and ordered 3 drinks and waited for more than 15 minutes before we asked how much longer it would be, and the employee told us there was 25 mobile orders in front of us. He didn't know how long it would be. Hello, is anybody here at this location?? Why wouldn't you assist people who are right there in person and who have already paid? Doesn't make sense to me.
