Every day I go through the drive thru for a viente hot vanilla 3 out of 5 days they never put the vanilla in my drink... when complaining to the manager after the 12th time she told me "oh sorry about that people make mistakes". Never offered to replace the " mistake" One time is a mistake 12 times is incompetence.
