Had amazing service from Nox today, coffee was great and he was a delight!
I go to Starbucks almost every day, but I'll never visit this location again. My iced coffee with 4 shots was ready pretty quickly (although they didn't add the Splenda that I requested, and their Splenda is behind the counter). Minor issue. I also ordered a pastry that didn't need to be heated. 15 minutes later I asked how much longer it'd be. "Soon". Other people also asked about their orders, but no one was rude to her.
