The workers talk amongst themselves the entire time, I was here for several hours…. People walking around like it was gym class, yelling and making jokes across the store. Very unprofessional. Clearly no manager present… if so, poor management. 9/18/2025 1:30-4:30p
My order is correct everytime, however the wait time for mobile orders leaves alot to be desired. The employees are very sweet people and clearly working hard, however ai believe this is a managing issue. There is a morning rush at 05:30 and only 2 people working. They are set up for failure and the patrons have to suffer for it. There needs to be a more efficient way rather than waiting in a line of people making orders in the drive-thru when you've already placed a mobile order. The efficiency just isn't there.
