Terrible customer service. Refused to get a manager after they removed wrong value from money gift card leaving us with cash balance and then told us the refund back to card take 24 hours and couldn’t help us. I understand mistakes happen but refusing to get management to solve the problem is unprofessional.
This is the best Starbucks location!! I will drive out of my way to come to this location. I almost always order a caramel ribbon and they are just the best at making it just how I like it. The baristas are amazing and I always leaving smiling.
Quick and always accurate service. Drink quality is consistent and delicious.
