None of the outlets were working and I really needed to charge my laptop. Next time I’m not buying a damn coffee until I know the outlets work
Had a doordash order pick up, had been COMPLETELY ignored by every single person there, (every single person there saw me and still chose to walk away) stood there for 25 minutes and they still refused to prepare the order. This store needs to consider hiring people who actually know how to acknowledge people and greet them.
I’ve been to this Starbucks several times, and overall it’s been a great experience. The staff is almost always friendly, and the drinks and food are consistently good! This location deserves 4.5 stars! I also really like the layout of this location — there’s plenty of space inside compared to some other stores. The bathrooms are consistently clean, which I always appreciate. It’s located in a shared parking lot with free parking, though finding a spot can sometimes be a challenge during heavy traffic times. Jen is excellent, she provides excelent service..pleasant, willingness to help, patient... all of them great as soon you come in. Feeling acknowledged is always good.
