Just went through the drive thru & got a grande pike w/cream & sugar at 10am only thing I got I go to open the lid to take a drink & it’s sooo full it spills all over, not literally all over, you know enough to feel like it’s all over. Horchata and espresso or chocolate cold brew protein foam
I am never coming to this location ever again. They never make drinks right. Also I just ordered a salted caramel cold brew with caramel drizzle and there isn’t a single ice cube in it. I’m not even kidding there isn’t ANY ice cubes in it not even one and it’s room temperature when it’s supposed to be an iced coffee. It’s not even cold it’s literally room temperature with no ice in it. I went through the drive thru and ordered two drinks. Neither of which looked like they were the right color so I knew the flavor was off and said something. The woman in the window looked at me the like I was dumb and said it was because there weren't as many fruit pieces in the beverage. I said I didn't care as long as the flavor was correct as that was my concern. She handed me the drink back and told me the flavor would be correct. Shocker, the flavor was not right.
