I got to the window and she passed me my drink and tells me my total and I got my Starbucks app out and ready to scan and said could I use my points (I have 275 and you need 200 to get a free drink) and she looks at me REALLY weird and says “uh sure” and then scanned my phone then never used my points and charged me for the drink and never told me just said “have a good day.” Like if you don’t know how to do your job please ask for help or if you didn’t understand what I said say so lol.
