This location is honestly the worst. Every time I come to this one the drinks are made incorrectly and it’s the same barista 99.9% of the time and she’s flat out intentionally lied to me twice and has a being rude issue. This time not only was my drink made wrong (like always) but the lid was crazy broken on the mouth part you take a drink from so the coffee spilled all over when you try to take a drink. Not appropriate to put on anyone’s cup, especially a woman of color.
The main barista lady was very friendly. Indeed, she gave us a joyful experience. By the way, we love that your store honors those who serve our country. Thank you Starbucks for a great experience.
