I door dash there, and it’s been cool until today whoever the manager was ( black girl with dreads and clear glasses) she is not built to be a manager she place other people orders over the door dash orders yell out loud oh I’m not rushing very ignorant and rude unprofessional she needs to be trained more or let go nobody deserves to be treated any different because she can’t handle a rush.
Always great time here. Staff are friendly, professional & helpful!

Actual painful experience waiting 25 mins for my coffee on a saturday morning. Frequent this starbucks often but after 5+ bad experiences in the past month I will being going to a different location for my own sanity.
