I tried the cinnamon pull apart for the first time (added butter) and it was delicious 😋. My specialty cortado paired well with it & I will order again. It was busy but the baristas kept it moving.
Workers have been disrespectful everytime I’ve gone. I just left there and a girl with pink/ red hair looked at me with her mouth open and didn’t speak the whole time after I said thank you multiple times. Some other times I’ve gone the workers on the drive through speakers will cut me off mid sentence and how the speak isn’t customer service like. As someone who works in customer service it isn’t hard to speak to people with respect and that is something I’ve never gotten from them.
POLITICALLY CHARGED STARBUCKS. Pulled in drive thru in a Cybertruck. Staff refused to acknowledge me at the order area. After 5 minutes, pulled up to the order window. Multiple staff walked past the window and clearly saw me waving. All continued to ignore me and was unable to place or receive an order. If they are refusing to take orders from certain vehicles, what else are they doing to foods and drinks they serve to political opposition? Steer clear of this place, coffee is better and cheaper elsewhere!
They always welcome my 2 miniature schnauzers for pup cups. They spoil them . Lol 😂
