At around 2 PM on Saturday, August 22nd, I entered what I can honestly say was the cleanest Starbucks I've ever visited. The employees were welcoming and genuinely friendly. They were also training a new team member on how to prepare our order, paying close attention to every detail. I truly wish we could replicate this team's exceptional service on the mainland.
I am a huge Starbucks fan and have been a loyal customer for decades. This store is not living up to the consistency and standards I expect from a Starbucks, and two recent incidents have caused me to want to say something. Store- 21929-213125, Bainbridge Island village Order time: Aug 2nd, 2026. 5:45 PM Very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. The barista started preparing our order but left midway to help at the register and never added our order to the queue. When we reminded him, he simply said they were busy and that our food were coming. After waiting another 10 minutes, customers who ordered after us were served while our order was still untouched. One of Starbucks’ managers told me that all of the company’s coffee is organic and that employees are taught this during training. According to the manager, the coffee is not officially labeled organic, but Starbucks allegedly uses organic farming practices that are essentially equivalent. To the best of my knowledge, that claim is false. If employees are being trained to make statements like this, it has the potential to mislead customers.
