One of Starbucks’ managers told me that all of the company’s coffee is organic and that employees are taught this during training. According to the manager, the coffee is not officially labeled organic, but Starbucks allegedly uses organic farming practices that are essentially equivalent. It is a terrible experience that Starbucks only has one organic coffee flavor that they offer on a regular basis. The store manager was misinforming customers, including me that they teach you in the trainings that all their coffee is technically organic, even though it is not labeled. This is not true and she ended up walking it back. It is absolutely disgusting that Starbucks is sharing this information and misinforming its employees so that they spread false information to the customers. Super disappointed that the manager was basically lying and saying that all their coffee was organic and that in the trainings they teach you this and that even though they’re not labeled, you can feel safe buying them essentially. Absolutely disgusting that they are spreading this false information.
Genuinely one of the best Starbuck’s i’ve ever been to. My barista was Elijah and he was so sweet and made my drink perfectly. Loved it!
