Hi. I don't think you're supposed to cry when you get Starbucks but today I did. I was choking up already when I walked up and when the nice barista asked me for my order I started crying and walked away. Because I was there to visit my father. Who is very quickly losing his battle with stage 4 cancer. And because we were told today that they just want to make him comfortable because there isn't much else they can do And I was broken because I love my dad. Horrible service , drinks and food disgusting. I ordered an iced matcha and a ham and Swiss croissant. Croissant was super cold. The ice matcha I ordered with specific ingredients and this lady made whatever she wanted without any knowledge of allergies. I asked for banana cold foam. No banana cold foam and she substituted for any cold foam instead of just waiting also cookies and cream crumbles at the bottom or whatever those black little crumbs were I have no idea.
