Waited 30 min for a drink, made the drink wrong, and then I asked her kindly to fix it and gave me dirty looks and responded with sarcasm , talking among each others about my request of changing my drink and complaining it, customer service sucks . Let’s be more kind to others ,

I went to Starbucks in Fall River today for a meeting. Coffee was great, food was good. All of the employees were very welcoming except for one. Her name is Meg. She seemed like she was in charge of the team. On two separate occasions she yelled at the entire team in front of everyone in the establishment. It was very awkward. Instead of pulling them aside and using a calm tone she chose to yell and belittle all of her staff in front of the clientele. Not once, but twice this happened. This will be the last time I come to this location. I only had $55 on me this morning and the girl at the window told me she couldn't change my $50 bill. OHH AND let me remind THEY OPEN AT 4:30 ... IT WAS 7:30AM sooo in three hours of being open you can't give me 38 bucks change?
