Let me just say, Starbucks is way too expensive for drinks to be made this poorly. First off, the staff at this location did not seem to work well under pressure -10/18/2025 at around 10:20. It was chaotic to watch, and the way my order was handled was honestly unacceptable. A dirty rag that had just been used to clean up a spill was held over my drink as she stretched to squeeze it out. Every time I go it takes 20+ minutes for a drink even if I mobile order it. I went there a few days ago and after waiting forever for my drink, they made it wrong. Very underperforming
