Always great customer service at this location, even though so busy at this ..they still remain kind and drinks are on point !
I’m writing about a negative experience I had at this Starbucks on January 2. I didn’t get the barista’s name, but it would be very obvious to management who I’m referring to based on her behavior alone. For clarity only: she was the only tan woman working the drive-thru window that day. I go here often but have reverted back to the much more consistent location Somerset. Literally the only "thing" i "like" out of that town Somerset. This location is losing its luster for sure. Im not sure if its the training, employees or management but im now at or below 50% of the time of receiving a latte thats not made to its usual standing or taste. Its starting to irk me too.
great staff, great service. baristas are easy to talk to and are quick to remake a drink if its wrong! is there new management??
I’ve been here several times and they can never make my order right it’s like the more things that I want added to my ice matcha latte they make the serving less.. I asked for a scoop of match powder she puts in a sprinkle of it and then proceeds to blend more ice into it. Making the consistency watery and disgusting…I’m done
