I went to Starbucks in Fall River today for a meeting. Coffee was great, food was good. All of the employees were very welcoming except for one. Her name is Meg. She seemed like she was in charge of the team. On two separate occasions she yelled at the entire team in front of everyone in the establishment. It was very awkward. This will be the last time I come to this location. I only had $55 on me this morning and the girl at the window told me she couldn't change my $50 bill. OHH AND let me remind THEY OPEN AT 4:30 ... IT WAS 7:30AM sooo in three hours of being open you can't give me 38 bucks change? My order was $12 "I mentioned it was all I had and she went to double check with another co-worker" They said no that they couldn't do it. I have been to other Starbucks and they were perfect. This particular one isn’t a good example of the service Starbucks offer. The employees ignore you. They are not pleasant. They look like they don’t want to be there. The door dash and grubhub guys there for 30 minutes being ignored. It was just all wrong. The place looks nice though as usual.
