very very very slow
We were headed to savannah and thought it would be nice to get some starbees. We see a sign for this one. Place the mobile order for drive thru. We were in drive thru for over 30 min. No one is moving. Decide to get out to go inside. Well, my mistake. Should have stayed in the drive thru because a couple of minutes later they started taking those orders again. They gave me a different option and when I told the gentleman he said it wasn't his problem.
Wait was so long, we left without coffee. Maybe drive thru would have been a better option, but we waited 20 minutes for one coffee before giving up. Starbucks service in this instance really sucked. I am incentivized not to go back to Starbucks. We were not the only customers who left. Really awful service.
Very backed up this morning due to staffing. Which i understand. We waited 30 minutes and I saw a member get yelled at by an angry customer but handled it well and explained the situation. No big deal. But after an hour and already having 3/4 of my drinks for 20 minutes, I politely asked Ria the barista where my name was in the queue. She flatly responded it was already called.
