Employees talked among themselves, paying no attention to customer. We were the only ones waiting. Said our name, when I asked which was which, she said it's on them. Never said have a good day or anything. The Carmel macchiato tasted like water. Had no taste. Would not recommend this Starbucks
Pulled up at 9:45 from traveling and the doors were locked and closed. However the closing time states 10. And the workers looked at me outside the door and did not approach. Rude customer service. Do not have your time set to 10 if you are gonna have the store closed before. False advertising. Will not stop here again
Drinks are good, but the bathroom is so dirty and old. The price of the coffee should fund a new sink, clean floors and stocked paper goods.
