Order a matcha latte, there was clumps of matcha in the drink it wasn’t blended correctly. The young man that took the payment was RUDE when I asked what was wrong with my drink. He never offered to remake it and foam was running down the side of my cup so I asked for a paper towel. He didn’t say I apologize for the mess just shut the window. I don’t have to spend my HARD EARNED money with an establishment that doesn’t even Appreciate my services.
Messed up my drink argued with me about it and refused refund.
I came in earlier today and my card was having issues and wouldn't go through so they were nice enough to treat me to my coffee for free. :) 😀 it really made my day and I want to say thank you again! :)
The worst experience ever. Be completely ignored even when I'm the only person in line. My daughter just wanted a bullseye cookie, but customer service isn't important anymore.
