Mobile orders picked up inside for only a couple drinks consistently take 10-20 minutes
Thoroughly disappointed with this Starbucks location. I’m a regular customer who saves reward points over time and often stop in quickly on my way to work. I understand that stores can get busy, but when I redeemed my points for a drink, I waited over 20 minutes and was then told it would be another 15 minutes before my order could even be made. The slowest location in Maryland. I always know, even if there is no line (drive thru or inside)- if I won’t at the least 10 min to wait for my coffee… don’t even think about stopping. Have started to go to Dunkin instead just bc it not such a long wait to get coffee
