My daughter just went through the drive through, She ordered one item, a Lavender Matcha iced. No lavender in the lavender matcha...I called,I was lied to by the manager saying she watched the " barista" put in that floral essence. None in there, besides my being a super taster...my family could also detect no lavender. I asked for a refund...manager kid made excuses. Is your job at Starbucks that stressful that lying is now a business model...I think not. When / if there are consequences for your lies...let me know.
I came in looking for a specific tumbler, they didn't have it but the guy called another place to help and helped with other locations. I ended up buying a different one but he was very helpful and it should be recognized.
Employee's were fantastic. Good to know there's still friendly folks out here!!
The staff are great, but Minus two stars for the horrible parking lot and driver thru at this location. Early morning runs to this location you might as well park across the road at Wisco's Bar & Eatery Eau Claire and walk to the Starbucks otherwise you will get stuck in the parking lot.
