Can someone please tell me how do they both have extra ube cold foam on top 1 clearly does the other does not. The one drink I ordered has extra of ube cold foam and the toasted coconut cold foam but you can clearly see there is no layer of white cold foam. I am writing a 1 star as this has now happened on multiple occasions and its getting annoying as I pay a lot to not have my drinks so messed up
Waited 30 mins for a Lavender Matcha, watched the workers talk about how they hate making it and rushed it. My cup felt light. The drink was watery and this is not my first time going to this location and having an issue. I’m not paying for attitude, I’m paying for a drink that I actually appreciate.
