I wanted to try the new pecan cortado. I had my own cup which was 20oz. The barrista took the cup and made the cortado full to the top instead of 8oz. I appreciate the thought of giving me more value, but the flavor of the intended drink was not what was intended, diluted. So I don't know what it really tastes like. Now I have to order it again. Wasted 200 stars.
Avoid this location if you can. Service was very slow with 4 employees and 10 patrons, most of whom were just on laptops. Servers spent more time joking about drinks than making them. 4-5 minute online estimate for 2 venti drinks and 1 grande, real time was 4 minutes ti get to the store and 21 minutes waiting in store. They forgot about the 3rd drink. 1 of the ventis was 3 quarters full... not worth the hassle at all for $25 of drinks
Food was exactly what you expect, service was okay they mixed up my order they added the wrong sandwich and didnt tell me that they ran out of one kind if cake pops and didnt let me know they substituted for another. Love that it was in a retired bank building!
Sooooooo slow! All the people in there working and the service was so slow. Get up to the window and the girl acted like I was disturbing her. The coffee was mediocre. Disappointing experience.
