After working in Chicago for a few weeks, I realized how good we have it in RLB! This location is very understaffed in the mornings, so I often mobile order 10+ min in advance and come inside. Still, there are moments that the order still isn’t ready. Newer employee at the window was EXTREMELY rude. She gave attitude and rolled her eyes to the point they almost fell out of her head when all I asked is if she can add more milk to my drink. I’ve never we had any issues when ordering my drinks from here and I get the same order every time.
We’ve came many times through the drive thru with 0 problems. Until today and the last few weeks. We ordered a matcha Frappuccino with COCONUT cold foam, and for some reason they always put chocolate. We’re not the type to make a big deal, but when you yell at my mom trying to gaslight her saying it’s coconut when it’s clearly chocolate that’s when we take it weird. Get better staff please.
There’s a new girl at the window, didn’t catch her name because she slammed the window shut in my face and turned around but she’s shorter and has dark hair and is extremely rude! Should not be working at Starbucks! All other baristas are so kind but she’s the rudest I’ve ever met! She’s even worse than Gina!
