The girls here are great they always know my drink, make it fast and have a great attitude doing it.
Horrible service by Veronica she’s argumentative she doesn’t listen to your request on how to make your drink. I told her three times extra ice and when she served the drink, it was watery. She said she could either make the drink or refund. I said well you’re gonna make it thick like I asked three times while I was ordering I end up getting a refund. The drink was 675. Very watery iced americano
Very disappointing experience. There were three employees working and no orders ahead of mine, but I still waited more than 10 minutes for just two drinks. When I asked Kira for a straw, she told me they did not have any straws that could be used with a Trenta cup. I have been ordering here for years and have never heard that before. What made it worse was that the woman right before me ordered a strawberry drink, and Kira gave her a straw.
