This store has definitely improved recently. I stopped coming to this location more than 2 years ago because of the rude manager named Betsy and the overall bad service I always received. Was forced to come here recently because it was convenient and was shocked at how different the staff behaved and how positive my interaction was and the drink was also well made. Love this starbucks location. All of the employees are always so welcoming greeting you once you walk through the door and the place is well kept. I'm well known at this location due to my order lol. My order is different but they always make it right and with care. Special shout out to Cassius, Sari and Taylor <3
Very disappointing experience. They refused to give tap water to my child unless I made a purchase. Denying water to a kid is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of basic human decency.
