I can’t get over how far this location has fallen in terms of service. It’s awful. Unfortunately, the last few times I’ve come here have been horrible experiences, so I rarely come here (it’s convenient, but I avoid it). I was just snapped at (literally with an eye roll) for “not adding” something to my order in the app, to which I made a confused face. This Starbucks in TC is a cozy and pleasant spot to grab your coffee. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the service was smooth and friendly. Nothing out of the ordinary, but sometimes that’s exactly what you want. Consistent, reliable, and exactly what you’d expect from Starbucks. 😁 thanks 🙏
!! I second the comment about water. Have been coming to this location for years & spent plenty of money there but they refused to give me a plastic cup with water when I felt sick during my run because of the heat. customer service 0/10.
Hoy a las 5:50 aproximadamente use el baño y me dijeron que no podía usar el baño si no compraba nada .Comprar casi todos los días y por una vez no comprar algo . Estoy muy triste porque me parece tan horrible no poder usar un baño si no comprar algo “ Discriminación “
