I enjoy my Chai Latte at our local Starbucks. They are always quick with their orders
First Starbucks I've been to that does not have a dark roast or blond roast ready to serve earlly in the morning. When I asked why not, the smug manager said "they can't because of guidance about their "coffee cadence". Really? Every other one I've been to has it ready to serve at 5:30 in the morning. How about haveing a customer focused cadence. Not impressed at all about their customer service.
