Over rated and over priced
EXTREMELY slow service at the drive-thru thru... I was given a medium Coffee when I ordered and paid for a Large , this happened on two different occasions.
For starts you have to go in a completely separate shopping center to hit their drive-through, which was very inconvenient but OK whatever I could’ve just went to the light, but I didn’t feel like it. But the real problem is their customer service. I go in there and sell them. I’d like to change my drive-through order to a pick up order and they act like it’s a inconvenience and then they proceed to make literally all the other orders that have been placed on the app before mine, knowing I’m standing there waiting.
