Went in at 2pm on a somewhat slow day for a small hot mocha. One person ahead of me was taking forevever with his 5.50 dollar order. 7 employees were standing around. 1 on their cell and a cashier. The others doing nothing. A young girl came out from the back kitchen and I asked her for help in front of of the others standing around. She obliged me. Very poor management at this location. Desperately needs some quality control.
Always disappointed with their matcha. I even ordered this drink with an extra scoop of matcha added, and it's still the most pale green drink. Not sure if it's just this location or if it's Starbucks in general. Won't be coming back here unfortunately.
