My husband and I visited Starbucks on Saturday morning (on 10/5 at 10:20am) and ordered an Iced Americano. To my surprise, the barista (Grace) made the drink by pouring hot espresso directly into a plastic cup. I kindly asked her to redo it by adding ice first and pouring the espresso separately. However, she responded with a very unpleasant expression and remade the drink without a word of apology or nothing say.
