After ordering a latte and a ham and cheese sandwich being completely ignored for 10 minutes I finally go up to the window. They figure out that they forgot my sandwich. I go use the restroom and go outside because it’s so cold in the restaurant and I come back and my sandwich is sitting on the counter. They couldn’t even come out to tell me my sandwich was ready after making me wait won’t be coming here again.
Drinks were horrible
Tried to overcharging me for the same.I ordered exactly the same way.At least fifty times by now. Plus he kept getting lost in the keyboard. I got the ingredients,we'll make it myself. Wanted to save two minutes wasted ten. And he was out of one of the main ingredients , so when you are out of remain ingredient how are you gonna charge me for something you substitut it with? The only thing that makes sense about this location is that there last good reviews were over two years ago. I guess management change or something
This Starbucks absolutely sucks. I told myself not to come back but it was convenient this morning. They NEVER fill your cup full and for $6 that’s absolute garbage. Before you say “what about the foam” - you don’t drink the foam it sits in the cup when the liquid is done AND I order my drinks no foam.
