Arrived at 9 a.m. on a Saturday. Three customers were ahead of me and maybe one or two seated. Drive thru was not busy. Three staffers, all in headsets were working. The three ahead of me were served quickly and I reached the counter and was ignored for some reason. The gentlemen working the counter walked away without speaking to me, and the other two workers never spoke to me even though they made eye contact. I ordered a chocolate brownie and a chocolate chip cookie came up instead, it didn’t go away so I told them I wanted a brownie. He said wrong button, but like I’d insulted him. Mistakes happen, it had just said cookie for awhile. Then the girl at the window was weird and said I gave her too much , like I might be an idiot, and repeated my total. I told her it was a tip.
