I was traveling and stopped by this Starbucks, the lady who took my order was not paying attention and writing on sticky notes, so by the time she put it into the system she completely got my order wrong. Before I realized, I was already driving off so I couldn’t exchange it. Not friendly and not welcoming atmosphere. Probably the worst experience I’ve had at any Starbucks.
PR, the Starbucks employee, was super nice. He was helpful and very friendly, with great customer service.
The coffee has a burnt flavor and aroma. Not the first time in this location .
if sth urgent comes up, DO NOT come to here! DO NOT come to here! DO NOT come to here! The staff are arrogant and their services are terrible and slow!
