Just got an iced matcha latte that had 95% ice. Basically zero matcha powder, it barely had green color in it. Too much syrup. The worst iced matcha I had in my life.
The manager was so generous! I ordered a grande by mistake but I wanted the venti. I called them he gave me the venti without extra charge
The staff at this branch are absolutely lovely! I met Nax and Qute ,they were both super sweet, helpful, and provided excellent service.
