This is one of the closest coffee shops to me and being in Safeway, it’s convenient. But it’s far from worth it to stop here! Good service and smiles are completely non existent. The girls lack customer service, are not personable and the overall vibe is unpleasant as if its an inconvenience. Starbucks drinks are so overpriced as it is, but they are very very inconsistent here, and they rush through making drinks without a care to detail. This location lacks quality entirely. Went in at 640pm to get a coffee but was told I could not get one because the machines were being cleaned. However every website and app says closes at 7pm. Frustrating because it says they are open but not really…

Hi! The female that was working today at 12:55, Nov 17th, brown hair, has an attitude problem. Please get rid of her, she hates her job severely. It wasn't the blonde. Always got a sour look on her face & isn't nice at all, or professional in any way.

No consistency in the way drinks are made or priced. Every time I get an iced matcha it’s different, the cold foam isn’t made right at all and I get charged differently every time. It’s convenient location is the only reason I stop by, it’s right by my house otherwise I would much rather go to an actual standalone Starbucks location.
