Special shout-out to the Sunday evening staff! The best! Staff is so friendly and smiling always. We love it here. All the coffee orders come out fast and perfect, my son loved his customized vanilla milk in a cup!
This was my favorite Starbucks go to for a few years, it’s funny how one employee can make some that was enjoyable to a person a terrible experience. I have always praised this location on how great their customer service has been throughout the years. The African American young lady at the drive through is totally rude and dry and does not know how to speak to people. I’ll be going to Grayson from here on out.
One of my favorites, home made bread, is excellent. We buy one loaf almost every week. Sandwiches are just great, I enjoyed my lunch. Desserts are great, sampling is offered. Love the atmosphere. All the ladies are so sweet and helpful
