Update 2025: It had been a few years since my last attempt to order here, so I gave them another try and am very glad I did. They seem to have turned things around in the last couple years. All of my recent orders have been fast, fresh, and fantastic! Terrible service, I have to repeat my order multiple times. They're either out of ingredients or hand me something completely different than what I ordered. I've given them several tries and will not be going back again.
I have come to this Starbucks multiple times over the last month as I am new to the area. I get the same drink every time I come and there is a slight variation every time but not too bad. Today (the reason I'm writing this review) I ordered my normal drink but accidently clicked the wrong milk when I ordered though the app. Totally my fault but I was unhappy with my drink. I get the same drink every time. a chocolate cookie crumble. and yet every single time i go the drink is different. i usually don’t say anything but today it was straight milk. no chocolate. it was so hard to drink. please teach the correct recipe to all the workers. or at least the same recipe.
