Absolutely horrible Starbucks. 11:00 a.m. and they're closed. Oh because we're short-staffed we're only doing drive-thru. So what if the people wait a little bit longer at least they're getting service apparently that's not their idea on how to do business they'd rather turn away customers
The guy taking the order at the drive through was literally yelling and kept cutting me off while taking my order and being extremely rude, didn't get his name but he had glasses on and seemed like a shift supervisor.
They close at 10 but they always stop brewing Pike at 8 PM. I came twice this week and both times they told me that they were out of coffee that they had to brew a new batch. The first time I was such in a hurry that I couldn’t wait and I had to grab something I didn’t even want and the second time I had to wait five minutes in the parking lot for them to give me a coffee when this is a coffee shop and they should always have brewed coffee at all times.
