Stopped by this location about 45 minutes before closing and saw multiple cars, including mine, being turned away. We were told that Frappuccinos, matcha drinks, and even cash were not available. To make things more confusing, the drive-thru lights and sign were already turned off, which made it seem like the store was closed—even though it was still well before the posted closing time. It takes more than 12 minutes to get something here at the drive thru. The service is terrible, part of the staff has a terrible attitude like "I don't care" you can notice they feel no compromise with the clients. I've come like 5 times, no good experiences at all
