So i ordered ahead because i was on the way to work. Mind you, i get paid below minimum wage at a smoothie cafe and always make sure to give my costumers everything they ask for and make sure they are satisfied even if i’m having the worst day. i got a coffee and it was there at the counter (perfect whatever). i take a sip, and it tastes HORRIBLE, not sure if it was because i didn’t tip. had to wait another ten minutes for my cookie after ordering it on the app as an ASAP order. didn’t ask the barista to remake it since i wa... read more
The customer service is awful. They leave you waiting for your coffee—you can see it’s been sitting there for 15 minutes, but no one brings it to you.
Surprised to see how big and nice it is inside
I absolutely love coming to this Starbucks! Angie, Emelee, Antu, and Sarah are always so kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly every time I visit.
