Mobile app order requiring half and half. Store had no half and half. How is that possible? No one seems to know. Canceled order. Store can’t cancel the order themselves unless you’re in the store. I was in the store, but no one said a peep about that before I left to get to the office . Have to call customer service to get order canceled on the app.

The team here just seems so incredibly lazy. Every time I order my drink either doesn’t taste right, has no whipped cream , or none of the topping that I ordered. Also when I order the oatmeal it’s always leaning on the side in the bag causing it to spill. I’ve never been to such an inconsistent Starbucks. Please do better or hire better people because this is so ridiculous!

I wanted to take a moment to recognize an exceptional employee, Nee. I visit this location regularly, and Nee consistently stands out for the level of service she provides. She is professional, polite, attentive, and always seems to be aware of what is happening around her, especially when customers are waiting or need assistance. What impresses me most is the way she remembers her customers and their preferences.
