Echoing other negative reviews. Poor customer service. I arrived with a Starbucks half off coupon that was in my app. They could not get it to work and just told me I was out of luck.
I asked for extra caramel and they didn't add it. laziness to the fullest. Maybe a refund 🤔 instead of taking the drink.
