Of all the Starbucks I frequent this one is by far the worst. I went in for breakfast and a cup of coffee. After 15 minutes I asked about it and they said they were working on the coffee. After another 10 minutes I asked again about my coffee after every other customer left and then they said that did not make it and were making it now. Very rude employees. I recommend going to a different Starbucks and appreciate the fact that I will never be a victim of this Starbucks again. Hi There! Shame on you!
I must say the crew in here was taught exceptional customer service skills. They're always bright and cheerful, quick, efficient, and kind. I'm from NYC where you get the wrong order, long wait times and a roll of the eye if you mention anything loll this crew is really GREAT! KUDOS!
I got a PSL today for the first time in a very long time and that reminded me why I’m a Dunkin’s girl. Long line, annoyed (with my change) employee and mediocre taste.
