I love Starbucks, go multiple mornings a week. Always have great customer service until today. Please do better at this location. You are the 1st face some people see in their day.
Super bummed the staff was more scared of the corporate bosses than taking care of their customers. I asked if they could stop for 3-4 mins to let me record a speech with them as my audience. They refused based on “being on the clock” there were literally no orders waiting or cars in line. Four on staff. Even two to help would have Vern enough. Wow is Starbucks so hard up that they can’t take a minute to make a customers day better? Shame on this multi million dollar corporation. Do better for your employees.
