Rachel made a simple drive thru pick up extremely uncomfortable by talking about pegging, attempting to flirt, and making unwanted conversation that was over the line. Will not return. Please give "Rachel" some training in professionalism.
Favorite Starbucks to visit!
I went in to use the restroom and order a couple of drinks for me and a friend. The girl on the drive thru greeted me with a welcoming smile, the other two employees did nothing. One was sweeping while the other was headed to bring something from the back stock to the front. She asked the person sweeping if they’d taken my order in which they said “No, I’m getting off soon.” I decided that means that they just not want my business and decided to leave.
Always great service and amazing atmosphere.
