We were afternoon walk in customers. Staff were very busy, but helpful. Store was very dirty. Floors, counters all needed a good cleaning. I am guessing they were short staffed based on how busy they were with making drinks. There was just a handful of customers at the time, and a couple cars in the drive thru.

I visited this establishment today and was greeted promptly by the barista named Will. He applied money to my Starbucks account as I asked then proceeded to ask if there's anything else he can assist with i stated yes two drinks, two Starbucks, card and two egg bites. He also told me his favorite beverage and I had to try it. It was definitely good. This is what I call excellent customer service. Above and beyond service. Way to Go Will.
Brock made my day with his fun song at the drive thru! Gave me a much needed laugh. Our custom ordered drinks were spot on too 🫶🏻
