Poor customer service. Came in at 6:48 pm (store closes at 8). It took ten minutes to get the coffee. I thought they were brewing a new batch, otherwise it just takes a few seconds to pour it. When it did come out was cold, not when lukewarm. The guy who took the order and poured the coffee days that apparently that batch had been sitting for an hour (why it took ten minutes to pour is beyond me). Today the lady made my dopio coffee too sweet even I told her re-make second time. She made more sweet I dumped it. Really bad
Jane the barista is really nice and offered the largest drink for my birthday. This is a clean, newer and quiet starbucks. Would visit again.
Decided I needed a nice cuppa java before I had to jump into the 2+ hr commute I had ahead of me... The baristas here at this particular Starbucks weren't too friendly and, in fact the barista at the cash register, who's supposed to be taking orders, took the person in front me order...
