Most Starbucks are tanking. I have been drinking there coffee for over 30 years. Whoever is in charge in Seattle ... you have screwed Starbucks up for us. Some of the stores... I will never go back. This Starbucks location consistently receives high marks for its cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. The restrooms are well-maintained, and the staff, including Cheyenne, Shawn (the manager), and Emmett, are known for their warmth and professionalism. It was not too crowded. The new protein drinks are good but more lower calorie options would be great.
Slowest drive-through ever. If there are more than 5 cars ahead of you, expect to wait up to 20 minutes. I used the app to order today and we left a bit earlier than normal, but the drive-through was so slow we ended up being 10 minutes late to my son's activity. On top of that, you are trapped once you enter the line, and people coming from the other entrance can just cut in front of you.
