I always look forward to my morning Starbucks thanks to Nina! She’s incredibly friendly, always helpful, and brings such a positive energy every single time. You can tell she truly cares about the customers and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. She's the kind of team member that makes a place stand out.
There was a guy that didn’t seem too bright making my drink, made it wrong twice before I finally gave up and left and just threw away my drink, never have ever had that issue at another coffee shop ever
