I am not normally one to comment or be a “Karen” but after my experience today I will never go to this location. If i could leave a negative review I absolutely would. I went there at 8am the drive thru was super long so I said meh I’ll just go inside. It was really busy i order my drink (ICED banana bread dirty chia) grande. I’m waiting. 30 minutes goes by I don’t see my drink or hear my name but it says on the tablet thing it’s ready. Location was clean. Bathrooms were clean. The baristas were so preoccupied with the drive thru, they neglected the register. We sat down and placed a mobile order. No big deal, but even that is taking a lot longer than expected.
They put coffee in all of my kids drinks and mine when we specifically asked for it to be like a milkshake and even my kid ordered her own. I've got a messed up stomach and 2 very hyper children now.
Zero stars if that were possible. Corporate should have kept their downtown store open and closed this one. Their website says they are open. I walk in because I like the sit down experience at the other Starbucks. The lady yells at me Sorry we are closed. Crap service at its worst.
