Great service, always have a great experience when I order from this shop.
I went in to pick up a mobile order when I thought I heard the worker call my name so I asked her if she had and she said no. I waited for 15 minutes after my pickup time just to watch a girl grab the drink in front of the lady I had asked about my drink, add a splash of milk and then put it on the counter. It was just irritating to be made late when it was so easily avoidable. I understand rushes can be overwhelming but staff should be able to communicate through that.
Conner and the team were absolutely amazing. I will be coming back again. 10/10 the best Starbucks in the chico area!
