Today, I had one of the best customer service experiences ever at this Starbucks, thanks to an absolutely wonderful lady who truly went above and beyond. Safire was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive from the very beginning. I had my eye on a specific cup that I really wanted, and she not only helped me find it, but even made sure to hold it for me so I wouldn’t miss out.
