Time and time again this Starbucks location has proven to be the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. I’m never coming back and I’m honestly consider never ordering starbucks ever again. Starbucks used to care about customer service and quality of their drinks but they’ve fallen so far down it’s actually insane. They’re always doing their best and doing what they can. I remember their line was so backed up over the summer, one of the workers came out with a tablet to take orders to help things go faster. The people there are always kind, working hard, and doing their best. Today though, I got a sweet message on my cup today which I haven’t had in quite some time. Normally this happens at the fruitville pike Starbucks so it definitely threw me off guard and was a pleasant surprise. Thank you for always working hard, Starbucks
I spend time in several Lancaster County Starbucks. The Lititz location is the worst. Most of the staff spend time gossiping and laughing leaving the actual work to one or two. While Starbucks advertises in-house ‘real’ cups and in-house refills, this location has never asked if I would be dining in. Many times the display cases are empty. While this location is nearest my home, I will often drive a considerable distance to visit other Starbucks.
