Why do they call Frappuccino caramel ribbon "crunch" when there is no "crunch", they need to take out that word out (CRUNCH) isn't that false advertising, deception & bad business practice? It use to be really good with lots of crunch in it about a month ago, I guess they want to save money
Every single time I come to this Starbucks something isn’t right ! My mom comes every single morning like clockwork. If I get an açaí w/ lemonade, I GET NO LEMONADE. If I get matcha with vanilla. I GET NO VANILLA. I ask for cinnamon on a drink I get no cinnamon. Let’s not talk about how many burnt chocolate croissant I’ve received. Today my matcha had CHUNKS of matcha powder all throughout my drink. Spent $23 on 2 drinks and had to have BOTH of them remade today.
