I placed a mobile order at the Starbucks inside Safeway on Canyon Road for pickup around 5:30 AM. After finishing my shopping, I went to the pickup area, but my order wasn’t ready. Tuesday, March 19th, I went to the Starbucks in Safeway on Canyon while I waited for a prescription in the pharmacy. When I stepped up to the counter to order, it was 6:53 p.m. They close at 7:00 p.m. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie and asked for it to be warmed up for my daughter. The barista told me she already shut the oven down at 6:00 p.m. I didn't make a big deal about it and ordered the cookie as is.
