I ordered on the mobile app to the wrong location and they still took my order and made it no charge! Nicest staff by far! really appreciated it.
App says in store and drive thru open until 8pm. Doors locked when we got there at 6:30 pm with no hours or signage indicating why. Only an QR code pointing to the standard hours. Employees inside motioned/indicating that only drive thru open. That is bad communications, subpar service. Not impressed.
For drive through this location is probably fine but I'd skip this location if you want go inside. No seating inside, no bakery display case and the associates seemed like they were zombies. The blonde girl doing drinks was barely mumbling the names on the cups and she didnt even put the hot sleeve on my drink she just set it on top still folded up. The parking lot also sucks.
I arrived at 7:35 PM, but the place was already closed—even though the listed closing time is 8:00 PM. If you stop serving or begin closing up earlier, that should be clearly stated. It’s frustrating to show up expecting service and find the doors already shut.
