Baristas are rude and can be heard cussing and laughing, I had purchased a drink inside and when leaving I pulled through the drive through and asked for a water and was denied because of policy. Bathrooms were dirty and there was no toilet paper or paper towels. The store smelled like toilet and sewage
Made coffee and filled my water jug at home and ended up forgetting it before leaving 😑… I was trying to proceed with the day without it but had to make a Starbucks stop. As soon as the door opened I was greeted with an energetic warm welcome by one of the ladies, the energy was the same from the lady who assisted at the register, and then as I was heading out all of the ladies behind the counter energetically said good bye, hoping I enjoyed my coffee and wishing me a great day.
