I went to get an iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso and I told them there was no milk in my drink they gave me and he insisted on telling me that there was… please tell me if I’m wrong because clearly this is just coffee and cold foam.
I go to starbucks every morning.. I AVOID this one like covid ( I usually go out of my way not to go to this one )!!! Today I went because it was closest to me... I put in my mobile order, pull up to the speaker and the lady says sorry we are not opening now, we just got here.. I told her I put in a mobile order and she said contact the app the will refund you... which is not true!! So I did not get my drink or my refund..
