I always order this drink and love it, but this time the summer berry base was missing. When I asked, the staff said it wasn’t available — yet I saw no notification in the Starbucks app about this. Without the base, the drink tasted terrible. I believe I was still charged for it, which is unacceptable. If an ingredient is unavailable, customers should be informed beforehand, not after paying.

I ordered oatmeal with “everything,” and the person taking my order responded in a way that felt rude and unnecessarily harsh—practically yelling at me for not specifying what “everything” meant.
