I’ve had enough of this location. The employee service is consistently disappointing; it feels like being an inconvenience to the staff rather than a customer. There’s a complete lack of urgency and basic professional courtesy. Beyond the service, the coffee itself is honestly terrible. In my opinion, it tastes like garbage and is consistently over-roasted. Save your money and go to 7-Eleven—you’ll get a much better cup of coffee there for a fraction of the price and without the attitude
Staff should be trained about not hit on customer bad things may occur in the future
