Serving hot coffee in a plastic cup is unacceptable. Not only is it inappropriate, but it also changes the taste completely. I can get the same coffee for free elsewhere. There are always plenty of employees working, so lack of time is not a reasonable excuse. Customers should receive their orders prepared correctly and with basic standards of quality and care.
To overpriced never been there never will
I had a very bad experience at this Starbucks today. The cups seem to be there for no reason, because they poured a hot drink directly into a plastic cup instead of a proper cup designed for hot beverages, which is not safe.
