Staff is super friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in. This is honestly one of the best Starbucks locations I’ve been to. The store is always very clean, well organized, and has a great atmosphere. My order was made quickly and exactly how I wanted it. You can tell the employees take pride in providing great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great Starbucks experience.
Used the app for the first time and I totally understand we need to wait for the drinks to be made. We said the name at the speaker and she said oh you just placed it, it’ll be a few and we pulled up to the drive thru and she said it’ll be a few minutes again. And we said ok and then the girl comes back to the window and said “see their drinks are ready before yours” and I will NEVER come back to this location again with that girls customer service.
