First thing I look at when going to any restaurant, even a coffee shop, is their cleanliness and restroom. Is there soap to wash your hands? Is it enough tissue? Paper towel maybe? Their restrooms are almost always clean and supplied. These little things are SO huge in value when choosing where I eat. Disappointed and Frustrated with Today’s Experience I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years and visit nearly every morning. Today, at the Starbucks on the corner of University Drive and Commercial Boulevard, I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve encountered. I ordered my usual a ham and Swiss croissant and a grande caramel apple spice with extra whipped cream. They said they were out of apple juice, even though I was told they had boxed apple juice.
