I ordered 2 customized drinks. I asked for a matcha with light ice. They kept adding extra milk or extra foam. It tasted bad and off. I asked them to remake it 3 times and he kept just pouring milk straight into the cold foam blended instead of just shaking it. I hated the experience, I felt stupid and like I was a problem in their lobby they wanted to ignore just to close. Pulled up to the drive through window in the pouring rain. If no one in front of us moved forward to the service window where there was an overhang, and the attendant told us we couldn't place an order. And we had to go back to the microphone to place the order. Terrible service. We reported the incident to administration
