Very icy atmosphere. Walked in and walked right back out when I didn’t get a response from the staff I said ‘good morning! to I mean, she was looking dead in my face so I know she heard me’ I’m so used to Starbucks when you say hello, the staff answers back. Sometimes staff say hello before you get a chance to say hello to people when you walk into a Starbucks. But at least I don’t have homeless people hanging out like the other Starbucks in Lauderhill. This Starbucks has the best customer service I've received anywhere. The manager guy is top tier. I observe the way he treats his staff and fits himself in the team. Great teamwork, speedy service and top tier customer service
