The people are always super nice but my pumpkin spice lattes never taste like pumpkin spice lattes and they always claim they make it the way they're told, the color is always super light, theres never enough pumpkin, and i cant put my finger on it but it doesnt taste right from when i order it at different locations. Came for coffee while I work n wait for my car to get maintenance. After I was given my order, another women was waiting, and the barista came From behind the counter and handed her her food order! A little thing, and a kind thing. Then, a few minutes later, I was working, and another young lady came from behind the counter and brought me water. just because! Great service, acts of kindness and great energy with everyone! Thank you for starting my day wonderfully!
Do not come here!! Only one worker/ Very understaffed. Only employee was being rude this morning and refused to give me a extra side cup.
i just got 2 pink drinks with sweet cold foam i asked for light ice and it was packed!! my drinks taste so bland and unsweetened
