The staff person who took my order amazing! The Barnstable making the drinks appeared overwhelmed and distracted by her phone. Causing delays in getting the drinks out so people were waiting a while which wasn't too bad but then my drink was wrong and I didn't have more time to wait for them to get corrected. I won't be coming back to this location.
Environment is discriminatory and biased. They treated you as second citizen if you order less. I paid to order for a tall coffee and waited for more 25 min without calling. I asked my order but cashier told me to waiting. I waited 10 more minutes but my drink was not ready. In meantime, they served to the folks who ordered after me. I do not know whether they discriminated me based on my age, or race or cheap drinks but the way they treated senior customers like me is not acceptable.
