I spend hundreds of dollars monthly with this store but the newer staff is completely rude!! I put a mobile order in said it would be ready in 3-6mins 22 mins later i hade to tell them to please hand me my drink. Never said thank you or asked me what I was waiting on just all standing around talking!! I'm so glad Laurens is getting a Dunkin Donuts bc Starbucks can count there days!! Worst service i have ever experienced at any Starbucks
I absolutely love this Starbucks. I am a frequent customer and they all know my order. They always make sure it’s perfect and whenever I have Sammie they make sure he gets his pup cup even when I forget to order it. I cannot say enough about how great everyone is that work there. Truly great service.
