10-6-25 I went to the Starbucks on Parker road in Aurora. I got my usual drink. They always get it right : well I also ordered a banana bread. I had it warmed but when I starting eating it tasted very dry and took another bite and it was dry. I could not finish it . I have not had that issue before. I don’t have photos of it because I don’t think you see the dryness in the banana bread…?
I've been going to this starbucks daily for 5 years. They used to be awesome, friendly and the drinks were always perfect. I rarely go there anymore because of staff turnover and rarely does anybody smile. It feels like they all hate their job and I'm an inconvenience. I've taken my business elsewhere.
I don't know why it's so hard to get an order correctly. I don't know if it's lack of training, lack of staff or simply lack of competency but every time we come here they get the drink wrong. For coffee that is already over priced for it's convenience it's not unreasonable to expect to get what you ordered and have it be correct.
A big inside, staff was friendly. Good food!
