This location is always very pleasant, efficient and kind! All are very hard working and polite.
I stopped by Starbucks in Hermine and was genuinely impressed by the kindness of the cashier. She was so warm, friendly, and welcoming, with a smile that immediately made the experience feel personal. She was incredibly polite and made me feel seen and valued as a customer — a true “moment that matters.” In a world where so many interactions feel rushed, her kindness really stood out and made my day a little brighter.
I have tried this location three times in the past few weeks. Every single time I have come here they have made my drink incorrectly because they don’t read the label created for the drink before making it. Today, she had to remake the drink three times because the first time she used the incorrect milk, and the second time she dropped the cup on the floor.
