The employees are wonderful with the amount of rude customers they have to deal with I have overheard on more than one occasion customers being very snippy and rude. One employee got fired because the customer knew someone in the corporate office!!! That customer didn't understand that the store is always understaffed and working with the bare minimum of support from the actual Starbucks company to work everyday. This is a great location in Concord, although you have to be pretty quick to get a parking spot, lol. I should also mention that there is a dry cleaners right next door that fiercely guards their parking spots as they should.
Need to preface this by saying I’m not a huge fan of Starbucks in general but this one is particularly frustrating. If you want to customize a drink even a little, chances are you won’t get what you want. I sometimes make minor adjustments to drink orders in the app which consistently go unaddressed. Not to mention the most frustrating parking lot/driveway situation EVER which makes the whole experience extremely unpleasant.
